At Lumen Active, we want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times Delivery times usually range from 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders). If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
